The Sherman County Senior & Community Center serves lunch at 12:00 noon Monday through Friday, unless closed for a holiday. Check-in for lunch begins around 11:30 a.m.
Sherman County manages the Sherman County Senior & Community Center at 300 Dewey Street in Moro, open 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. with lunch at noon Monday through Friday and activities throughout the week. There you’ll find meetings, exercise classes, social gatherings, and technology training.
The Sherman County Fair is generally held the third week of August. Check the fair website for details, shermancountyfairfun.com. Fairbooks are available in the Extension office and post offices in the county during the summer if you would like to prepare an entry for consideration for a county fair prize.
